LAS VEGAS – A Las Vegas doctor and his wife were sentenced to imprisonment for 46 months 30 months respectively by U.S. District Court Judge Kent Dawson for treating patients with a Botox knockoff at their clinic in Nevada. Stephen Lee Seldon, 54, and his wife Deborah Martinez Seldon, 41 were convicted in November for knowingly treating patients with a low quality Botox alternative, known as botulinum toxin type A, that caused at least one person to suffer botulism.
